About the role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our multidisciplinary Marketing Team and drive growth-focused initiatives. In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration to help Cropster continue expanding globally in the coffee industry.
You’ll bring solid experience leading a small, multi-skilled marketing team and enjoy balancing strategic direction with cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with peers, including the VP Sales and the Team Lead of Business Growth & Partnerships, and stakeholders across the company, you’ll ensure that marketing initiatives strengthen our brand, generate pipeline, and support sustainable global business growth.
The preferred location is Vienna, with flexibility for hybrid work.
What you can expect
The salary range for this position is € 70K to € 80K* gross/year and we look at factors like your experience and individual qualifications to determine our offer.
