About the role
This is a full-time position and may be partly remote after a predefined introductory period.
Act as the main partner for our people leaders on employee experience and career-related matters.
Collaborate with our Employee Experience team to strengthen our people-first mindset and create a global, consistent, and attractive employee experience.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new Cropster team members at our offices in Innsbruck and Vienna, as well as for remote hires across Europe.
Oversee compliant and accurate time tracking in Austria, including monthly reporting and closure activities, in seamless collaboration with our payroll provider.
Administer and support the implementation of various employee benefits and policies (e.g., Home Office, Volunteering Time, Educational Budget).
Research relevant legislation and translate it into Cropster’s context through policies, regular updates, and training sessions.
Contribute your perspective and experience on topics such as performance management, recruiting, and employer branding to strengthen our people-focused culture and introduce state-of-the-art processes for our global team.
Support various initiatives across different areas of employee experience, such as salary benchmarking, training coordination, employee surveys, and more.
Significant experience in HR management, HR services, recruiting, or payroll, ideally with a bachelor's degree or equivalent education in the field.
Knowledge of Austrian labor law and social security regulations.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding support.
The ability to build trustful relationships with both employees and leaders.
A strong sense of confidentiality.
A high level of accuracy and an analytical mindset.
Experience working across different countries and time zones.
Experience in the software industry.
An appetite to grow and take on more responsibility within Cropster.
Additional language skills.
