About the role
As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Cropster, you will be the primary contact for both new and existing customers in your designated region. You will build and manage relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth through new inbound sales, upselling, and cross-selling. You’ll act as a strategic partner, helping customers maximize the value of Cropster’s solutions. This role is essential to our long-term customer success and overall growth in a SaaS environment.

Experience in the coffee industry or familiarity with Cropster’s market.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Understanding of technical SaaS products and subscription-based models.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5%) for customer visits and events.

What you can expect
The salary range for this position is € 49K to € 57K gross/year and we look at factors like your experience and individual qualifications to determine our offer.
